Which Cardio Machine Burns The Most Calories?

Updated: Jan 14

Cardio machines rated BEST to WORST for calorie expenditure.

I had to do some homework on this topic after a few new clients were asking - “what is the best cardio machine to throw in at the end of sessions?”

They didn’t have a lot of time but wanted to do approx 20 mins at the end of their workout to increase output.

After some digging and gathering of data, I wasn’t too surprised.

There’s a clear winner. But this wasn’t the one I recommended to clients…

If you only have 10-20 mins post workout. The best equipment is by far the stairmaster. For calorie burn, time efficiency, fatigue/fitness levels, it ticks all the boxes ✅

Check out the infographics below for the full list of worst to best for calorie expenditure.

Hope this helps. Drop it a like if you found it useful 🫱🏼‍🫲🏽
