We Asked A TRT & PED Expert all The Questions We Need Answers To...
"If you take 300-350 milligram of testosterone a week and try to claim it's TRT, and in your own head, you truly believe that's what you need, then you're abusing this drug. Your relationship with this drug is gone. You're no longer respecting what it can do and you're normalising a dose that isn't required." Last week was a pinch me moment - Someone I've followed for around 12 years appeared on our podcast. Dave Crosland is one of the UK's leading experts on TRT and performa

The Unexpected Joys Of Swimming
Lane swimming has been my sly mover for the past 7 months. I started dipping my toes in the water (pun intended) last year during my knee rehab, as a way of off-setting the impact from running, whilst still pushing the CV system. British Basketball Legend - Mike Tuck

He describes what it was like growing up in Canada, moving to the US

The stress and demands of his job meant booze was the go to relaxant. What started as a few pints on a Friday to unwind, slowly turned into post work drinks at the pub on a Thursday. The occasional Tuesday and We

After weeks of waiting in anticipation, I finally picked up my road bike this past weekend. Which means Triathlon training is slowly, but surely, ramping up. Swimming and running have been a weekly fixture for quite some time now. The cycling I haven’t pushed as much, maybe too over confident in my cycling abilities. There’s also less barriers to entry with swimming and running. Mainly, a lot less kit. But if you’re going to do a triathlon, you kinda need a bike. Hence forth
