We begin with an initial assessment of your posture, flexibility and mobility. Following this you'll receive a stretch and mobility guide.
Next step is a 7 day food diary, after which you'll be administered a nutritional plan that's optimal for achieving your goals
You will be required to attend a free 45 min consultation before being accepted onto the 1-1 program.
