Let's face it, it's the one thing we all neglect and are willing to sacrifice for some cheap thrills.
Now don't get me wrong, I love a good night out as much as the next person, but they are few and far between nowadays.
And as I've got older, I've come to appreciate how important having a good sleep routine is in order for me to perform optimally.
Whether it's my training, my work, attention with my family.
Sleep is something so simple. Something we do everyday.
But I promise, if you give it a little more attention and turn it into a routine, you'll be surprised at how it brings out the best in you.
