One of the most unlooked area's of training is knowing when something isn't working.
In fact, it's crazy to think how much time is lost doing exercises that actually do nothing for us 🤷🏻♂️
We see exercise done online and think they must be the secret to obtaining growth in a certain area.
The quicker you can accept it’s not working and move on to something that does, the more efficient you’ll be at building muscle.
Now, that's not to say you shouldn't work on improving certain area's in order to perform that initial exercise.
It just means it needs to be shelved for now.
